Overview
A new parking structure serving the existing hospital at HonorHealth Scottsdale Shea Medical Center, designed with Lamar Johnson Collaborative and built by Clayco. The garage adds 472 stalls over four levels, with a roughly 232 by 218 foot footprint, and connects to the campus by a steel pedestrian bridge.
Structure
- Gravity: cast-in-place post-tensioned concrete beams and slabs
- Lateral: ordinary reinforced concrete moment frames
- Foundations: spread footings on Geopier-improved soil
