Overview
Retail Buildings A, B and C at Papago Marketplace, the redevelopment of Papago Plaza on Scottsdale Road for Pivot Development, designed with Nelsen Partners.
Structure
- Gravity: steel joists and joist girders on metal roof deck, bearing on CMU walls
- Lateral: reinforced masonry shear walls, with a steel moment frame in one direction of Building C
