Overview
A new headquarters for Shamrock Foods in an existing eight-story office building at the Esplanade on Camelback Road, designed with Ware Malcomb. The fit-out spans parts of three floors and includes a test kitchen, training rooms and a cafe.
Structure
- Cut back the existing post-tensioned Level 2 slab to open a new two-story lobby
- New steel infill framing on composite metal deck
- Framing to support new glazing and operable partitions
